Customer Introduction
Sailun Company was established in 2002 and has modern tire manufacturing factories in Qingdao, Dongying, Shenyang, Weifang, Vietnam, Cambodia and other places. They have sales networks and logistics centers in Canada, Germany, and other places. Currently, they plan to produce 26.6 million all steel radial tires, 88 million semi steel radial tires, and more than 180 countries and regions.
Project Challenges
The modular belt needs to be installed in conjunction with the existing tire conveyor line for personalized customization; The running speed slowed down after the previous production line was blocked; Frequent shutdowns; There are continuous problems and frequent maintenance needs in the finished tire conveying area.
Solution
This project is equipped with a tire specific roller type modular conveyor belt by Meilingge for the Sailun wheel. The sturdy design ensures excellent durability and large mesh tension, making it suitable for high-strength, high load and smooth transportation. The enclosed and solid edge design of the conveyor belt effectively prevents damage to the belt edge, including an enclosed and recessed rubber wrapping design, making it suitable for anti-slip applications in harsh working conditions.
Application Effect
After the supporting design and installation by the Meilingge team, the Sailun tire conveyor line has been successfully upgraded, and the Meilingge modular conveyor belt does not require maintenance or shutdown. Even when encountering 90° and 180° turns, it can pass smoothly. Compared with traditional technology, the Meilingge system significantly reduces downtime and maintenance workload, and when combined with output ratio, achieves cost reduction and efficiency increase, with a year-on-year efficiency increase of 30%.
