Job responsibilities: Full time shift, not accepting remote work from home, B2B mode
A. Complete daily store management and store promotion work for Alibaba;
B. Responsible for the online and offline distribution of electronic products on the company's Alibaba wholesale website, increasing exposure, browsing volume, and improving conversion rates;
C. Efficiently and high-quality upload the company's products to the Alibaba Integrity Platform for display;
D. Handle customer orders, track the logistics status of sold goods, and provide timely feedback to customers to provide good customer service;
E. Participate in the planning, promotion, and execution of various promotional activities in the store. Track, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotion, timely propose improvement suggestions, and submit relevant data to superiors;
F. Develop customers and proactively develop them using the company's platform or other online platforms;
G. Responsible for daily maintenance and updates of the store, analyzing daily product, customer, and marketing data operations, and collecting data;
H. Regularly track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotion, timely propose marketing improvement measures, and provide practical and feasible improvement plans;
I. Understand and collect dynamic information on peers and competitive products on the internet;
J. Assist superiors in completing relevant data analysis and other tasks.
Job requirements:
A. Full time college education or above, aged 24-38, male or female, with priority given to majors in advertising, e-commerce, and marketing;
B. Familiar with online sales platforms, operating procedures, and backend management for large e-commerce platforms such as Taobao and Alibaba;
C. Familiar with the online transaction promotion process of Taobao and Alibaba, familiar with various marketing tools, and have considerable planning and organizational skills in creating explosive products, product promotion activities, etc;
D. The various processes and rules of Alibaba Mall management, as well as relevant operational management experience;
E. Having resources for on-site, off-site, and group buying activities, with a focus on attracting traffic and prioritizing resources;
F. Capable of independently leading and managing all affairs and operations of the Alibaba store. Familiar with the entire process.
