Job responsibilities and responsibilities:

A. Responsible for preparing corresponding quality system documents, designing corresponding tables, and developing the company's inspection operation standards and guidance;

B. Track and confirm the abnormal improvement of materials, verify and communicate with suppliers to unify the standards of both parties, sign samples, regularly conduct statistical evaluations of supplier material conditions, and improve supply inputs that do not meet requirements;

C. Responsible for inspecting all incoming materials from suppliers and providing feedback on quality defects caused by suppliers for improvement;

D. Participate in the evaluation and verification of supplier materials, communicate with suppliers to unify standards, sign samples, regularly conduct statistical evaluations of supplier material conditions, and improve suppliers who do not meet requirements;

E. Timely and accurately analyze the causes of quality problems that occur on the production site and feedback from customers, assist the technical department in formulating emergency plans and corrective measures, guide quality inspections, and ensure smooth production in the production workshop;

F. Timely response and closure rate of customer 8D reports;

G. I have a certain level of mechanical knowledge and can understand sheet metal machine parts and assembly drawings;

H. Proficient in using various inspection tools, with strong analytical and judgment abilities, able to promptly identify and propose solutions to problems in sheet metal, machined parts, and assembly;

I. Proficient in writing various quality reports and documents, proficient in operating Word and Excel office software.

Job requirements:

A. Acceptable workplace: No.1 Xintai Road, Hengling Community, Pingdi Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen (Navigation: Meilingge Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.)

B. More than 3 years of experience in handling customer complaints and implementing on-site product quality improvement, with priority given to those with experience in mechanical equipment assembly quality;

C. College degree or above, major in science and engineering, with SQE work experience preferred;

D. Familiar with office software, with strong communication and logical analysis skills.
