Project Challenges
The problem that Wanli faces every day is the large amount of goods used, the complex terrain of the workshop, and the existing metal rollers that cause significant friction on the tires, which can easily lead to tire waste.
Solution
After understanding the situation of Wanli, Meilingge personalized the design and equipped Wanli with a tire specific ball type modular conveyor belt. The belt was bent and installed with a sturdy design, ensuring durability and high mesh tension.
